Interesting enough, not only were they able to save us some money on our monthly processing fees, educate us about the new Durbin amendment, and why this is so important for merchants, but they also streamlined our process and educated us about all the possible processing methods that exists today, as we have a complex process of collecting A/R’s, and they definitely reduced the time we spend on certain tasks, therefore leaving myself and my staff more time to do other things.
